About Us
The heart beat of Wellspring is glorifying God…what better way to glorify God than to bring men, women, and children into the Kingdom of God. We are passionately striving to bring the lost to a saving knowledge of our Savior and discipling them to maturity in Christ.
Statement of Faith...
We believe... in the one God, three persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe... that sin seperates us from God.
We believe... that Jesus is God's only Son and that his death, buriel, and resurrection are sufficient for the forgiveness of sin.
We believe... Salvation is through faith in Jesus Christ, not by works but by grace.
We believe... the Bible is perfect and relevant for man.
We believe... in a literal heaven and hell.
We believe... that Christians should boldly live out their faith in worship to God, making disciples of all people everywhere.
We believe... that it is normal for believers to be fully devoted; committing to Bible reading, prayer, sharing their faith, and serving others!

Ministry Experience: Thirty two years of ministry in pastoral work. Twenty years as assistant pastor in various churches. Twelve years as senior pastor of Wellspring Community Church.
How we got here: God was working in unusual circumstances to lead us to start Wellspring Church in our home twelve years ago. The church began with a tiny handful of people who were committed to seeing people come to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, the Lord of Glory. God has taken the church from that small handful of people to a place of true worship and exaltation of our great God. The Lord has allowed us to go through so many wonderful and at times hurtful experiences to bring us to a desperate need of His guidance and protection. This is God's body and it is apparent that God is in the house. The motto for Wellspring Church that was taken twelve years ago has manifested itself throughout the years of ministry here: In essentials unity, in non-essentials liberty, but in everything charity. The longer that Wellspring Church exists and I have the privilege of being the pastor I realize that everyone wants to be loved. God is love. His love is so great that words cannot express it. When we manifest the love of God, people come to find Him as the Lord of their lives. That has happened countless times in this place. God has afforded me the opportunity to travel all over the world over the past twelve years. We have come to love the people of the entire world especially those in Asia. We have sister churches in Vietnam that are reaching people that we could never reach. We have missionaries that are taking the gospel to the remotest parts of the world in Papua, New Guinea. We can touch the world through financial means that would not have happened had it not been for the blessing of starting this extraordinary church eleven years ago. To God be the glory! I have learned to be content even when it hurts, to be loving even when it was not natural, to stay focused when dirt had been thrown in my eyes, and to know that eternity is only a breath away. STAY FOCUSED!It is the greatest joy to work with people who are so gracious and loving and to count them my dearest of friends. I have never had the friends that I have in this place, never known the power of prayer like here, and never seen the kingdom advanced as much as these past twelve years.
What Sets Us Apart
In a day where there are so many voices shouting at us from all directions, it is time that we speak out for God... the we Live Loud... that we live passionately for God.
Did you know that 55% of all communication is unspoken? That's right! Not a single word has to be spoken for you to be heard. It is a matter of living your life in such a way that it speaks truth about who you are and what you believe. BUT... if you want to live passionately you will not hesitate to live life to the fullest and make your voice heard.
The Body of Christ is called to bring Hope to a dying world, to bring Love to those in need and to SPEAK TRUTH in a post- modern day where every expression of certainty is rejected for the sake of acceptance.
We must be committed to reaching the next generation, to building strong families and marriages and to guaranteeing hope for our children and grandchildren.
