About Us
Tri City Health Partnership is a FREE medical clinic located
in St. Charles, Illinois. We actually give away quality health care to those who are uninsured or underinsured in our sourounding community. We are able to provide this care because of the 87 medical professionals who donate their time to provide patient care. That's right, some of the best docs and nurses in the area give of their time and skills to make a difference. Our funding is provided by U-Way grants, family foundations, local govt. funds and from private donations.
Who We Are
Located in an 100 year old bungalow in downtown St. Charles, Illinois, TCHP is a free medical clinic founded by a local doctor and a group of concerned citizens who saw the need for available free health care. The clinic is located within a block of a homeless shelter and is fortunate to be able to provide care to those residents as well.
Our Organization's Mission
The mission of Tri City Health Partnership is to provide quality healthcare in an environment of mutual respect to those members of the community without medical benefits. We provide better life choices through education and preventitive care to foster the growth of the whole individual.
Who We Serve
Tri City Health Partnership (TCHP) serves residents of all ages of central Kane county who are uninsured or underinsured.
Our Programs
Care is provided for acute illnesses such as flu, strep and general medical complaints. The clinic has specialty programs for asthma, diabetes and hypertension. Patients receive individual treatment plans complete with exams, testing, and medications for their chronic illness. Also offered is an acupuncture clinic for those complaining of chronic pain.
Upcoming Events
The clinic will be hosting a free blood pressure check on June 6, 2008 at Charleston Mall, St. Charles, IL. On October 11, 2008 TCHP will host it's annual health fair at the Salvation Army in St. Charles, IL with over 21 local health agencies represented.

What Sets Us Apart
Tri City Health Partnership (TCHP)is the only FREE clinic in the area. We are a private, free clinic operating under the Good Samaritan Act which eliminates liability for our volunteers.
All other clinics operate on a sliding scale.
Recent Accomplishments
In 2007 the clinic had the honor of providing free medical care for 526 patients with 1709 physician visits. In Jan. of 2008 an Acupuncture program was established.
