Seeking Techniques Advancing Research in Shunts (STARS-kids) is a public charity working to eliminate complications associated with hydrocephalus and shunts by funding vital research projects. STARS-kids is committed to raising awareness and funds for hydrocephalus and shunt research. We strive to ensure a brighter future for shunted children. STARS-kids is the ONLY group of its kind in the world! We award grants directly to research institutions who request funds through proposals. We provide seed money for projects that generate data for larger grant opportunities.
