Who We Serve
The foundation’s primary target is middle-schools students of all races, ethnicities, and socio-economic status. This initial group was selected because … Over time, the foundation will naturally serve high school and college students as the middle school students progress through the foundations programs and become young adult leaders.
It is also expected that younger students will also be served once the middle-school effort is well established.
When targeting students, it is most effective to also be a resource for the adults who are primarily responsible for supporting their development. Therefore, parents, mentors, teachers, principals, and other education administrators will be heavily involved in the initial efforts of the foundation.
The goal is to reach 8 million players, 6.4 million of which are children and youth, by the year 2020.

Medium-term Objectives:
High school students evolve into self-directed, self-managed individuals. They take on leadership roles in their school and community activities and are able to consistently accomplish team goals.
Long-term Objectives:
Participants evolve as great leaders who are able to support the continued removal of inequities based on race and gender.
