The National Organization of Circumcision Information Resource Centers (NOCIRC) provides information to expectant parents, healthcare professionals, and the general public about non-therapeutic circumcision, genital integrity, and human rights.
Who We Are
The National Organization of Circumcision Information Resource Centers (NOCIRC) is the first national clearinghouse in the United States for information about circumcision, sexual mutilations, and genital integrity. NOCIRC has more than 100 centers in 15 countries, which disseminate educational material, provide instruction, and offer conferences and in-service programs for healthcare professionals. NOCIRC has a referral service, publishes the NOCIRC Annual Newsletter and educational pamphlets, and holds a bi-annual International Symposium on Circumcision, Sexual Mutilations, and Genital Integrity. NOCIRC is an NGO in Roster status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations.
Our Organization's Mission
Through education, research, and advocacy NOCIRC works to secure the birthright of male, female, and intersex children to keep their sex organs intact.
