About Me :
I am a person who loves to think "out of the box", and love the challenge when someone tells me something "can't be done." I am a trained "Body Harmonist", and approach all aspects of my life through the holistic world of healing. I plan to study sound and vibrational healing because I truly believe this will be the medicine of the future. I've been married to Jon for 31 years which is pretty amazing in this day and age - so we do considerate this an accomplishment. Jessica and Justin are phenomenal children to have in my life and our adventures as a family are just getting better and better.

Travel, mountain biking, hiking dancing, cross country drives so I can listen to all my inspirational cd's, hang with my family & friends

I am looking for singers/songwriters/musicians who would like to volunteer their time to create an uplifting & awesome CD to be sold on MTDN with all profits going to help "SERVING THOSE WHO SERVE" - a non-profit that helps US soldiers returning home from Iraq.

I wanted to say thank you again to your family for creating such a fabulous organization. I sent out information about MTDN to everyone in my email address book, and I know my aunt has her non-profit (W.O.R.T.H) on here as well.

This site has given me the opportunity to get connected with non-profits and wishes that I otherwise may not have known even existed! I've found organizations to help out with in my area (NJ) and even was able to make a connection in person with Rachel from Glamour Gals.

by the way...what is body harmony? I saw it mentioned on your profile, but did not know what it was. It sounded interesting!

Thank you so much for your encouraging words! We are excited about what MTDN is doing and I'd love to learn more about Body Harmony... The sound and vibrational healing sounds especially interesting. Perhaps it could be incorporated into the way we teach our kids music?
