I care deeply about any and all children's charities, and I'd like to be as involved as I can in any way to help out.

You asked about the body work that I am trained in. Body Harmony is a hands-on, non-intrusive approach to healing that is done on a massage table. Once someone has given their body permission to heal itself, and feels supported by a practitioner, it can then begin a beautiful, unwinding process that can release physical or emotional cellular memories that have created pain or injury in the body.
