I am MTDN's Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Jon and have over 20 years experience as an executive and consultant specializing in large-scale management, cultural transformation, organizational effectiveness and leadership/executive development in some of the world's largest companies including GE, Xerox and United Technologies.

As Founder and President of Biel & Associates, I created a cutting-edge consulting organization that successfully trained thousands of business leaders in contemporary change management techniques.

I hold an MEd from the University of Colorado and an MBA from The Keller Graduate School of Management , I received my on-the-job training in non-profit organizations as a former Program Director for the Voyageur Outward Bound School, and I am trained Executive/Life Coach.

Thanks so much for taking the time out to leave me a message. I did go and look at the Glamour Girls profile, they sound very intersting their work is exactly up my street. Obviously I am not a girl!!! but has given me some extra motivation to try and grow more of what I do at the moment which is very local.

I am really looking forward to meeting, learning about and hearing from more people who are on here.

It is so nice that there is a community such as this, full of positiveness, when all around there is so much negative reporting on the news etc.
